Pricing questions

How much does one figure cost?
A successful 1K generation or edit uses 10 credits, and a 2K result uses 20 credits. On the Basic plan ($9.90 for 200 credits) that is about $0.50 per 1K figure; on Pro ($49.00 for 1,400 credits) about $0.35.
What do I get for free?
New verified accounts receive 5 free figures: 30 credits at signup and 20 more the next day you come back. After that, accounts without a subscription are topped up to 10 credits each day (one 1K figure). No card is required to sign up.
Can I get free credits on more than one account?
No. The signup credits and the daily top-up go to one account per person. A second account on the same device or email, or one of many new accounts from one network in a day, can still buy credits but does not receive free ones.
Do daily free credits add up?
No. Once a day (UTC), a balance below 10 credits is topped up to 10; a higher balance is left as it is. The top-up arrives when you open the app.
Am I charged if a generation fails?
No. Credits are deducted only after an operation successfully produces and saves a result. By default the agent also shows the credit cost for your approval before it generates.
Do downloads have a watermark?
No. Every successful result includes a PNG download at 1K or 2K with no watermark.
What is the difference between a plan and a credit pack?
Plans deliver credits every month and renew monthly or yearly; yearly billing saves 30 to 30 percent. Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not renew, and active subscribers receive 20 to 20 percent bonus credits on larger packs.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel renewal online through the Waffo customer portal using your purchase email. Access continues until the paid period ends.
