Who operates the service

Scientific Figure Generator is operated by Xiong Liangliang, an individual based in China. These terms cover our digital image-generation, editing, and download services. Contact support@scientificfiguregenerator.com for service, billing, or account questions.

Using the service

You may use Scientific Figure Generator for lawful research, education, publication, and presentation purposes. Do not use the service to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing material, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

Your prompts and figures

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing every generated figure before use. Subject to applicable law and provider terms, you may use generated figures in papers, graphical abstracts, posters, theses, and presentations.

Submit only material you own or have permission to use. We process your inputs and generated images to provide the requested service. Generation uses third-party AI services, including Kie.ai and the models identified in the app. Their availability and safeguards can affect whether a request can be completed.

Scientific accuracy

AI-generated figures can contain anatomical, chemical, textual, or structural errors. The service does not provide scientific, medical, or regulatory advice. Verify all visual claims and labels with qualified experts and source material.

Publication policies

Journals and institutions apply different rules to AI-generated images. You are responsible for checking disclosure, attribution, copyright, and image-integrity requirements before submission.

Availability and limits

Signup credit offers, model availability, prices, credit costs, and service features may change. Generated results have no watermark. Generation and editing use credits, and downloads are included. Paid operations consume credits only after a result is successfully generated, stored, and added to the account. We may block abusive requests or suspend the service for maintenance. The service is provided as-is without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Prices, payment, and delivery

Prices and credit allowances are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in USD. The final amount, billing period, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers or security codes.

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic recharge. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Confirming a subscription at checkout authorizes recurring charges for the displayed billing period.

Annual subscriptions charge the full annual amount. Subscription credits are delivered monthly, including on annual plans. Paid access and credits are added after payment confirmation. If a payment succeeds but delivery is missing, contact support with the order ID so we can restore delivery or resolve the payment.

Canceling a subscription

Cancel renewal online in the Waffo customer portal. Use your purchase email, open the subscription, and choose cancellation. If you cannot access the portal, contact support@scientificfiguregenerator.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the paid period ends. Unused credits already delivered are not removed merely because you cancel renewal; no further subscription credits are granted after the paid period ends. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund.

Refund policy

For a first subscription payment or a credit-pack purchase, you may request a full refund within seven days if none of the credits delivered by that purchase have been used. Renewals and purchases with used credits are generally non-refundable, except for billing errors, a service we cannot deliver, or rights provided by law.

Previously completed single-figure purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery. If a purchased file cannot be delivered and we cannot fix it, we will refund the affected purchase. Verified duplicate charges are refunded.

Send your account email, order ID, and reason to support@scientificfiguregenerator.com. We aim to review requests within two business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank posting times depend on the payment provider and your bank. Refunded credits and download rights are revoked. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights.

AI content rules

Use the service for lawful scientific communication and education. Do not request, upload, generate, or distribute:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW sexual content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or material encouraging physical harm.
• Hateful content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material or content exploiting, sexualizing, or endangering children.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or fabricated evidence presented as genuine research.
• Material infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other third-party rights.

Requests are subject to our AI providers' content safeguards. We may block unsafe requests and review reported content together with relevant account and generation records. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not replace your responsibility to review inputs and outputs.

Report harmful content, rights violations, or an incorrect restriction to support@scientificfiguregenerator.com with the relevant image or order ID and a description. We may restrict a request, remove content, or suspend access to enforce these rules or comply with law. You may ask support to review a restriction. Do not bypass safeguards or evade restrictions with another account.
